Delivery
Every effort is made by us to ensure your order reaches you in perfect
condition, and that’s why for UK deliveries we have teamed up with
Initial City Link.
For European and Worldwide shipment, orders are sent by Fedex or Royal Mail International.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically be emailed
a consignment number and the method of transportation. With this
information you will be able to track and trace the progress.
All delivery times stated are in working days. Although we strive to
provide accurate information on shipping the delivery period stated
either on bestpricebikegear.com or advised by email or verbally should be
seen as a guide only and can not be viewed as the essence of any
contract entered into with BestPriceBikeGear.com
We shall endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated
delay in the delivery of your product and your order may of course be
cancelled at any time prior to dispatch should the wait prove
unsatisfactory. For dispatched items our standard returns policy
applies (see 'Returns Policy'). Any concerns regarding a delivery may

All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place
an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated
timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to
unforeseen factors. Best Price Bike Gear shall be under no liability for
any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated
timescales.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the
products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by
our carriers. |
